Return, Replacement & Shipping Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. Returns Not Accepted For:
  • Opened/used products
  • Customised boxes (e.g., Giggles/Vow edits with personalisation)
  • Products bought on sale or promotional discounts
  1. Valid Return Reasons:
  • Product received is damaged, expired, incorrect, or incomplete.
  1. Return Process:
  • Raise a request within 3 days of delivery via email (support@snackbot.in).
  • Attach photos of the box/product, order ID, and issue description.
  • Subject to approval, we offer:
    • Replacement (We will deliver the replaced products within 15 days from the receipt of the original products)
    • SnackBot Wallet Credit (valid for 3 months)
  1. Refund Timelines:
  • In case of any refunds approved by Avighna Foods, it will take 10-15 days for the refund to be processed and credited to you on your original payment method in:
    • Prepaid orders: Within 10-15 business days
    • COD refunds: Via bank transfer after KYC verification
  1. Exchange:
  • We do not offer any exchange.

 Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 2 hours of placing the order from your account dashboard or via support request.
  2. Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. Refusal to accept a prepaid order upon delivery may result in denial of future service.
  3. Avighna Foods does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like eatables, etc. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Order Cancellation by SnackBot:

  • In rare scenarios (e.g., out-of-stock, technical issues), we may cancel and fully refund the order.

 

 

🛎️ Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing:
  • Orders are processed within 48-72 hoursof confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.
  • Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
  1. Delivery Timelines: Orders will be delivered to you as follows:
  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
  1. Shipping Partners:
  • We ship via through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).
  1. Shipping Charges:
  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1499.
  • Flat shipping charge of ₹49applies on orders below ₹1499.
  • If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • COD available for orders up to ₹1000, depending on pincode.
  • An additional ₹40 COD fee
  • COD orders may be confirmed via call/SMS. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
  1. Delivery Attempts & Non-Acceptance:
  • Two delivery attempts will be made. If undelivered, the product is returned.
  • Re-delivery will be chargeable.
